  1. Purpose: This policy outlines Aude's commitment and procedures for enabling customers to export their data from our platform, ensuring business continuity and data ownership rights. This policy ensures customers maintain control of their data and can retrieve it in a usable format during and after their relationship with Aude.

  2. Scope: This policy applies to all customer data collected and processed through Aude's performance management platform, including:

    1. Engineering Activity Data

      1. GitHub/GitLab data: Pull requests, code reviews, commit messages

      2. Jira data: Ticket activity, assignments, comments

      3. Confluence data: Document contributions and edits

      4. Slack data: Messages and interactions in work-related channels

    2. Performance Management Data

      1. Goals and objectives

      2. Performance evaluations

      3. 1:1 meeting notes

    3. Feedback records

      1. Organizational Data

      2. Team structure and reporting relationships

      3. Role/title information

    4. Employee identifiers

  3. Data Retention Periods

    1. Active Customers

      1. All customer data is retained for the duration of the active business relationship

      2. Data is maintained and accessible throughout the service period

    2. Design Partners

      1. Data is retained for the duration of the design partner program

      2. Upon program completion, data is retained for 30 days unless converted to a paid customer

    3. Trial/Evaluation Users

      1. Data is retained for the duration of the trial period plus 30 days

      2. If not converted to a paid customer, data is purged after the 30-day grace period

  4. Data Export Process

    1. Requesting Data Export

      1. All data export requests must be submitted via email to

      2. Request must come from an authorized account administrator

      3. Request must include:

        1. Company name and account identifier

        2. Specific data types requested

        3. Preferred format (CSV or JSON)

        4. Confirmation of authority to request data

    2. Processing Timeline

      1. Aude will acknowledge receipt within 1 business day

      2. Requests are processed within 5 business days

      3. Large data sets may require additional processing time

      4. Customer will be notified of any delays or complications

    3. Data Delivery

      1. Exported data will be provided via secure file transfer

        1. Access credentials will be sent separately for security

        2. Downloads available for 7 days after delivery

        3. Additional download periods available upon request

    4. Support

      1. Technical support available for data format questions

      2. Documentation provided for data structure

      3. Assistance available for specific format requirements

      4. Follow-up support provided for data interpretation

    5. Special Circumstances

      1. Expedited requests considered for urgent business needs

      2. Custom export formats evaluated on case-by-case basis

      3. Batch export requests may require longer processing time

      4. Emergency requests handled based on business criticality
